Shipping Policy
Shipping
Once your order has been placed we aim to have all orders packed and shipped out within 3 business days. Items are picked, packed and shipped on weekdays only, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (excluding public holiday's). We ship all packages with tracking to ensure packages are delivered.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange on most purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. Please include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase. Postage when exchanging items will be at your cost.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size may incur an additional charge.
There are no refunds or exchanges on helmets, sale items, head-wear, facemasks, necksocks, oils, consumables, cleaning agents and electrical items.

Delivery
Time frames on delivery vary depending on your location. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Please have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address, as we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages that have been tracked as "delivered".
Great Southern Motorcycles takes no responsibility for items that do not arrive within the specified shipping time-frame.
Shipping Provider
We use Australia Post to ship all online store items.
International Customers
Unfortunately at this stage, Great Southern Motorcycles cannot send orders internationally via our website. For any international customers who require shipping internationally please contact gsmc@gsmc.com.au
Stock Availability
Online stock quantities are updated daily, however on occasion, stock may have sold out in store and might not be reflected on the Online Store.
In the event that the stock is not available you will be contacted and offered a refund or option to change your order for something else.
