ECE 22.06 approved, the RPHA 71 is a sleek sports touring helmet with excellent ventilation and is the successor to the HJC RPHA-70. One of the main differences is the ECE 22.06 certification on the RPHA71. Its predecessor (RPHA70) was one of the best sport-touring helmets available, and with the RPHA 71 HJC have improved on the protection it provides, the noise reduction and aerodynamics.

The RPHA 71 is made out of HJC's (PIM) Premium Integrated Matrix EVO. PIM EVO includes Carbon-aramid, Carbon, Fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric and natural linen fibre to provide even better protection, and a lighter helmet. The helmet also has an integrated sun visor which is also anti-fog treated and functions as sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun.
